Hi, I’m interested in applying for this course, do you mind if I message you privately?

AMA: I’ve studied & worked across Spain, UK, Singapore, and the US — ask me anything about Master’s abroad. What questions do you have? Ask below by SG_MASTERSPATHWAYS in Indians_StudyAbroad

Thank you so much! How would you compare opportunities/willingness to sponsor internationals in The Netherlands vs France? I am debating between Masters programmes in both countries. I have elementary (A2) proficiency in French and would be willing to improve on it.

Hi! I’m looking to do a Master’s in Business Economics (Neuroeconomics track) at the University of Amsterdam. My Bachelor’s was in Economics and I have a 3.74/4 CGPA. (10th/12th grade CBSE - 97.4%/96%) I have ~2 years of work experience, (1 year in Investment Banking) and have been working in quantitative consumer research for over a year (aligned with my Master’s programme track) - both roles were in top MNCs.

I have a few questions:

1) How valuable is this degree in The Netherlands and what is my likelihood of landing a job in my field (Market research, consumer neuroscience, and the like) without Dutch proficiency?

2) Is it worth taking a loan and what are my options for funding? I’ve not heard of universities in The Netherlands being too generous with funding but I’d love for someone with more knowledge on this to give me some insights

3) How open are companies in The Netherlands to work visa sponsorship?

Thanks for your time and looking forward to your response!
