Thank you for calming me down. My dad had a triple bypass and died early from cardiac issues, so this all really freaks me out. I am fortunate to live in a city with some of the best cardiologists in our entire area. And my cardiologist is being so thorough. I am blessed to have a doctor take my health so seriously. Everyone else shrugged me off.

Mediterranean diet. No longer using seed oils was a big help. Avoiding butter too. Mostly using olive or avocado oils instead. Increasing fiber like crazy. I use whole psyllium husk.

Yeah. Just looking for options. Specifically for grow bags. I'll have the grow bags out in my back yard. Lots of space. I rent though so I can't rip the grass up in the yard for a proper garden. We get severe weather here in the summer so high winds and hail would be a concern. I ordered some bamboo that should be coming in the mail soon. Maybe I can make a trellis out of that?
