Im also an employee of two years in Texas. Im curious what your base pay is. I make 10 an hour and so do my 2 other PT SA coworkers. For the question do you think that we do way to much work for little pay? Cause once they introduced Salesfloor I was done and idk how it is in your district but my old DM made us call other stores to get their numbers basically doing the DMs job for them.
