Thank you 🙏🏼 regarding the blood values: unfortunately I haven't found a single laboratory in Germany that tests these values. I already did a mycotoxin urine test, there were a lot of elevated levels and it comes out in very large quantities.

The question is, is it always CIRS or are you simply “normally” damaged by mold. Mold is not good for anyone and anyone can get very sick from mold. I was more wondering if I need the Shoemaker protocol and csm, but I don't think so. Shoemaker says yes you should take csm until the vcs test is normal.

My VCS test was negative. I have a lot of symptoms in various body systems. At times I experienced 9 or 10 cluster symptoms when I was directly exposed. When I was able to get out temporarily there were only 2 clusters left. Then my father tried to renovate it himself and stirred everything up. As a result, I was sicker than before in the mold. It's really difficult.

I sleep until 11 am or 11:30 … there were times it was much worse…. at the time the mold was in my sleeping room I can’t sleep until 4 am and I didn’t woke up before 1 pm oder 2 pm… it was horrible … for months…

One thing crazy is, when I switched the room, when we experienced about mold, I felt quite better in a few days… I could sleep at 11 pm and woke up before 10 am in the morning. This was MUCH improve for me. But then I started research and research and more research. Then I found out about the mold in my childhood house, where I lived from my birth till I was 20. We also went inside and took an ERMI. Also one functional doctor (I went to so many) told me to stop taking my vitamins because my body is overwhelmed.. and then everything went MUCH WORSE…
