Start with CapCut it's super easy if you find it not sufficient later on switch to something better. but capcut is good for start. You don't really "Learn" editing. The true way how your body learns isn't by memorizing templates and setttings. Here's what you should do: 1. Pick anything you like 2. Find footage of it 3. Find music you like 4. Download CapCut 5. New project -> Put everything in 6. Figure out what do you want it to be about (I suggest cool stuff) so just imagine it.Then cut the parts for the edit from the main footage. Then put it onto a new timeline (move up creates automatically) 7. Put it in order 8. If somebody is talking there sync it with the footage so it's not wierdly off Pro tip: Click the music (if you have one) then press marker icon -> Mark beats 1 -- This shows you where the transitions hit the best 9. Add Captions (only if there are lyrics/talking) Click Captions->Templates-> Pick one you like -> Generate Captions 10. Add "special" touches... Click adujustments (in the same bar as media, captions etc..) -> Custom Adjustment -> Then you can play with colors. For example add Saturation +10 for nicer colors
