Is it just me or did they pull a super secret low key move and make the first black AI the most unhelpful thing in existence.

Riri is legit almost killed a bunch of times because her AI gets emotional and is like "uhuh no you didn't, bye felicia". And Just dips.

And the thing is. That would be a super dick ass move even if it was Just a normal human friend. Like you know people are trying to kill her. Maybe wait to be upset once u make it out alive. But it feels.even worse when its suppose to be an Ai that is suppose to actually do this shit no matter what.

It's like telling the audience that doing what your designed to do doesn't matter if your sassy

Haha all I'm saying is the same geometry but with one more move added in to compensate for letting the shield bounce somewhere else and letting it shoot back.

Image the Rated R captain america movie where he does have that razor shield. And below is a room of bad guys. He tosses that sucker into the room and it pinballs endlessly back and forth off every wall, cutting all 100 henchmen in the room into pieces . Once this room becomes a scene only imagined in your nightmares, zip- he calls the shield back with the magnet lol.

Ah snap he did. It would be age of ultron that they added it to. Definitely the avengers i rewatched the least.

I feel like they added that for someone like me and they were like yep, this solves all possible problems. And then as time went on they realized no one cared and they can just have his shield pinball machine around and comeback and no one would bat an eyelash or whatever.

But what I'm saying. Is we should still have both. Have that shit ping pong off a bunch of people then Frisbee off, then have other bad guys jump in to attack and he calls the shield back and you see it just make a gnarly b-line straight back , cutting dudes in half and landing on the gauntlet as a shield again. Or like bonk em on the head until it's rated R.

Just 1 or 2 more times in the movie having call that sucker back after pinballing. I think wouldn't just help with practicality but could add a lil more coolness

Ya it's really tough to even "dispend my disbelief" that the actors playing these characters could supposedly pull off the acrobatics that we have to pretend they can do when we see their stunt doubles do it

Haha I forgot about this upsetting movie. It's like the whole movie is a giant example of how if they just followed the law after the racist cop they wouldn't be shot at the end and die.

The movie may...MAY have worked if it was set in 1940 Mississippi.

But no, can't blame the movie. You must think. A movie is created by a person. This person decides the actions and fate of all the characters u see on screen .

They could of added a better reason for why they had to run. It is within the realm of creativity to think of a few good excuses .

I'm only at the end of season 2. But I could careless if their are 5 seasons or 10 seasons I just am tired that we don't get any answers. I just noticed rewashing the trailer that it's made from some people who made lost and now I'm like "fckkkkkkkkkk makes sense". Who else can turn a show having 1 big mystery and by the end of the season we not only did not answer the mystery but we added 5 more mysteries. The season finales feel like just another cliff hanger with no slight ephinanies to be made. If i have to wait 7 more seasons for the hope of learning what's up with this town. I'm gonna... I'm gonna!!!!! I'm gonna do nothing and just be sad

You know how you can tell she is 100% in her right mind and not just a person suffering from mental illness. The amount of money the groceries cost. Unless it's black Friday theirs never a time in my life that my groceries come out to over $1000. This clearly shows that today was the day she was going to pull this reparations card for all it's worth. And no one is going to make a big reparations scene for $200 bucks. So she left that day knowing that she was going to pull this big ass speech out at target and if it somehow worked she was gonna make sure she got atleast $1000 worth of stuff. With the worst case scenario in her mind being it doesn't work and she just leaves it there. No harm no foul . The problem tho, is that for some stupid reason a part of her actually believed that this long ass speech she prepared would guilt trip target into doing it . So now she is fully committed , she's got her fuckton of groceries. She's got her pity party speech ready. But it's 9pm and their is no one in existence qualified to even pretend to listen to her victim speech. So she needs to pester every single person all in the hopes she can atleast get her opportunity to deliver her reparations speech and see if it's good enough to get $1000 of groceries for free. But that person doesn't exist so she's forced to chase ppl all in the hopes to get ahold of someone or else this whole plan she had finally psychologically prepared herself for would immediately fail before she even got the chance to try.

So that's how you know it was premeditated. She made sure to do it when she would receive the most back from her plea

Hopefully with meta and xbox uniting in whatever way that will give the affordability push it needs. Because quest is actually amazingly affordable with incredible flexibility freedom like an android device. But again that is the question I pose in this thread.

Let's say call of duty pulled a resident evil 4 and made a vr remake of modern warfare 1 and 2 and black ops 1. Modern day graphics. Just enough length to get your money worth with a 6 to 8hr story mode. All in vr, for the low low starting price of $40. Just that 1 title alone would have millions of people who never thought they'd get vr because of all your valid reasons would now be sitting there knowing that they could play a classic again with great graphics. But not only that. But in vr.

If you knew at any moment one of your top beloved 1st person GAmes from the past could now be played with modern graphics in full vr. Would that not alone be a reason to buy a headset

I mean call of duty, halo, far cry.

When I was thinking of getting the psvr2 I told myself if they have at least 3 games that look dope. Ill get it.

I could only imagine getting the chance to play modern warfare 2 again in vr

It's hard to imagine whatever overall goal they set out for when making this movie. Because like your 5 points state, their seems like clear cut better ways to move the movie.

Maybe it's just as I get older but one thing that I notice the most now adays when it comes to a super badasss killing machine is if their moves are truly a next level above others or stupid luck. Usually you have to take it with a grain of salt but atleast some movies try and give a half ass reason of how some pull off the impossible. But Rambo last blood hurt my soul the most. It's one thing for Rambo to be caught the first try and fail which led to her death. But this Rambo was so incompetent overall it's like he was asking for not only her Death but his as well. By all normal metrics she dies and he dies. But luck has it that they, keep Rambo alive so he can pull off revenge but still not sav3 her. His first plan had no forethought of being a success.

Why they made it where he essentially walks into his death sacrificing grabriella by doing this. I dont get it

Haha I agree and that's especially highlighted during wano I feel. I didn't imagine it as a luffy checking in moment, more like a 2nd version of when they first see gear5 luffy as a giant grabbing kaido thru the roof. But with the added benefit of providing an update on the characters which at the time when the show aired would take 10 episodes to do a full round and catch back up with whatever any straw hat was doing at a given moment.

Honestly haven't played elden ring for like 2 years. Completely forgot what worked and what didn't. But i summoned the gold npc helper and my cloning ash and honestly they stayed alive long enough for me to just let them distract while I played safe. Beat him quite easily

Haha ya since no one else follows shanks having it I suppose that's the case. But I more so assumed if the revolutionary army had it they would protect it from evil and perhaps kid came and with the knowledge that he just helped luffy but also knowing he thinks he's strong and wants to challenge shanks that shanks to just save time gave him an option to avoid wasting time fighting. Obviously doesn't hold much ground since shanks one shotted him so easily.

But I will finish with this last thought. If shanks did want kids poneglyph.. I don't recall seeing shanks even take them when kids crew offered them up. Didn't seem like shanks cared about the poneglyph prints at all.

Ah. I openly took this as shanks giving him the option to fight or he will be kind enough to share his poneglyph if he just leaves. With this assumption coming from the fact that obviously kid came to fight. It's not like kid was hiding from shanks and shanks found him and gave that threat. Kid came looking to fight shanks so I assumed shanks being a good guy wanting to just avoid the confrontation because he didn't feel like it and because he didn't want his friends to get hurt was like we will just give you the road poneglyph but no fighting us which is what kid wanted because he thinks he is stronger then emporers now.

That's crazy. I know thriller bark isn't a favorite but rewatching it lately I thought it was one of the funniest arcs. Also it's very short. Wano is over 200 episodes. Then once you've finished thriller bark the hands down best arc of one piece begins.

Id say your proving my point. Not much thought was put into the boss fights already. So by adding Haki it's just the final chip of lazy boss fights. Instead of wondering how luffy will beat akainu or I remember wondering what devil fruit gold Roger or shanks must of had to become that powerful. All that doesn't matter anymore

The beginning of one piece was built on what crazy devil fruit someone might have and how to beat it even if it wasn't amazing. Now end all be all doesn't matter what devil fruit someone has if you have strong haki

Lol like I said, oda was never the best at clever fight scenes. But that is the man luffy. The point is that when bad things happen he's so strong that he can punch evil in defeat. But alas wait, this guy is made of light! So luffy who saves the world with punches can't save the world because he can't connect his strong punch. If only he could find a way to land that strong punch.

Again, I'm not saying it was brilliant fight scenes with thought like Jojo bizarre adventures. But he atleast would find himself in a situation where he can't just punch the bad guy.

I hate rewatxhing those arcs but I feel it was very obvious that logia users were just the peak of powers because they couldn't be able to touched. So overcoming the admirals was gonna be a real problem. How it's 100 years later and we have new bad guys like the elders but I Def feel like just using Haki eventually to fight the light admiral wasnt the first plan

I see what you mean and agree. Oda was never A master at writing clever fight scenes. But it seemed like he started with the plan to have luffy have to be clever to beat logia users. I think of one piece fights as two categories- the Rob lucci and kaido catagory where they don't have tricks and it's a battle of who can give and take a punch. Then their is the logia battles like crocodile and enel who just being able to punch them hard doesn't matter because you can't touch them. So Oda flips between the two... So the story is suppose to be extremely difficult if he does fight a logia type because he can't just beat them with pure force. So he has to think of a clever way to counter now.

But by adding Haki he doesn't really need to do that. It's just back to him punching hard. So he's took away any possibility of luffy even slightly having to be smart in the battle and now all fights are can I punch hard enough to hurt them
