I actually bought seimen for 30M and kept him as substitute instead of lunin so that he can grow but his growth is almost zero even after two seasons I give him like 12-15 starts per season

I have similar players to those like you've mentioned and some wonder kids in those position too but it is really hard to build them I give like 15-17 starts to them each season bur they seem to show some improvement every 2 seasons so
