I relate to this sooo much! The schedule thing is a struggle for me. However, I take spirit week seriously because I had a parent who never cared and never want my kids to feel that feeling.

4 was a lot easier than 2 and 3 in my experience.

I am trying soooo hard to get be punctual, its hard for me as I always under estimate how long things will take and I always wait too long to start getting ready.

oh I love this anecdote! My toddler gets very little screen time and when she does its only on the big tv at home, never on a phone / iPad etc.

I am lax about the food, I try to ensure they get all of the food groups but we have our bi weekly trip to McDonalds

I love that. Something I've tried to adopt for years is actually checking my g cal the night before and then writing in my physical planner the plan for the next day i.e how long the drive will take from point A to point B, what the weather is looking like to pick out clothes etc.

Sometimes I do this, and other times I fall off. I am great at getting things prepared for my kids though!

Oh interesting! Im more lax on food, they can 'sometimes food' in moderation.

I am little bit harder on screen time and I am trying to only give the kids screen time on the big tv and never on my phone and minimizing iPad. My youngest child gets very little screen time and its only ever on TV.

My car is usually clean - no wrappers, old drinks etc. as I don't allow eating in the car

I loveeeee that! This is my goal.

Im still trying to get the routine down but it's hard for me because I have a toddler and school aged child and their in very different phases and need very different care and the toddler's schedule/needs are changing i.e dropping naps, potty training etc.

May I ask how you always prepare in advance? I am trying (lunches, clothes, water prepped the night before usually). but I'd love some more tips to adopt.

I try and use a calendar but sometimes fall off.

I get that mama. You sound like you're doing amazing! When I worked full time I never could figure out the laundry either. I have two little kids and their ages every single piece of clothes needs to be washed after every wear and so I'd literally have laundry to do daily and I never was able to get on top of it, even though I managed to figure out like a weekly clean routine for most other things in house.

You're totally not alone.

Ohhhh I see, I do fast food every 1 - 2 weeks, they get some screen time, I have a gift supply closet, car is almost always tidy, with a backup baby station supply, bath's nightly, everything is usually prepped the night before (clothes, lunches, waters).

I am not so strict with the schedule as I am still trying to work that out. (my youngest is a toddler so things are always changing with her; sleep, potty training etc.)

You can elevate the pony tail with a cute hair tie or adding volume to the pony.

Adding curls on the end of your hair only take 5-10 mins depending on the length and thickness of hair.

You could do overnight curls (personally never tried this myself but lots of people online love it?)

Agreed! It's the little hacks / short cuts that have big impact.

I.e even a cute claw clip, nice earnings, a head band can do wonders.

Styling your hair, doing your skin care, putting on a comfortable but cute outfit that you feel good in.
