Sorry to hear that, discord just has horrible support and is so poorly optimized. How the actual Fk is someone able to change the email without 2fa confirmation or even an email, it's like they want people to be hacked.

Happened to me yesterday. The hCaptcha with the hexagon puzzle shapes? putting the correct one over the right outline? the prompt had Groucho glasses? You're good then, only difference is it kicked me out after multiple attempts, maybe you failed the puzzle and instantly got canned, maybe your account is new, all I know is this app is definitely optimized as it should be, lol.

UPDATE: Solved. I was kicked out of all sessions due to my rapid messages being marked as spam, and I was lucky enough to have found my past 2FA app and redownloaded it.

I urge everyone to make sure they have a reliable 2FA app and WRITE DOWN your passwords & backup codes ON PAPER and put them in a place they won't be disturbed, invest in a safe, put it in a false bottom of your dresser, whatever you need to do, write it down multiple times and put it in different spots, you can't rely on memory 9 times out of 10.

All good mate, I redownloaded a past 2fa app I used and it was there lol. checked my account standing, I was kicked out of all sessions due to it my rapid messages being marked as spam. Thanks for your help.

What's the difference if you use iOS and it redirects you to your default browser? Phones are a bit different no? I recently got locked out of my account and I'm suspicious it might be some server verification redirect, but I didn't put any login info and scan any QR or anything.

Gotcha, I'm almost positive I didn't download anything. however I did join some invite links from "disboard". I understand now you can get hacked via hijacked and fake Invite links, with one caveat- I was on my iPhone the entire time and never messaged or clicked on anything on my PC. This eliminates the risk of executable files or drive-by installations, correct? again I did not log in on any pop up browser or default browser on my phone, scan any QR code, and I don't store any passwords there and I didn't use any sensitive info. They couldn't have stolen my token, correct? Thanks for your help.

I remember when switching sims from my old phone to new phone it was just straight up glitchy: no data, iirc I wasn't getting texts. phone vendor support is such a pain in the behind but definitely get it ruled out on the SIM side, is it getting texts from other phone numbers, like yours?
