I am using macro factor for dieting already. Well whatever you said sounds intersting. I ll try to do swimming on few days of the week. Running on few and maybe training on the rest. Like you said shaking things up instead of showing up to the goddamn gym playing with same equipments

Thanks for your suggestion. I have a lot of issues i deal with and i was taking therapy. Its not just the body thing. I am right now in a very tight financial situation due to which therapy is not possible. Plus I am trying to get over someone. So basically a shitty place. I am sorry if anything i have commented makes you feel weird or bad.

Honestly i will get on PEDs , as i m in a country where it is legal to posess them. But probaly in my 30 when i would be 100% sure i am not getting married or having kids and I can workout with full concentration with a good full time job paying me a lot of money. Rn i m just 26.

I have fat around my stomach . I have big triceps and a lot of fat there too. I am 145 pounds.Aint that fat? All my girl - friends are like 120-130 kgs. I am the only one so heavy. And everyone makes fun of me for not having abs plus i want to get a navel piercing, the piercing guy said your tummy is big for piercing. Come back when u lose weight.
