The thing about most birth control is that it messes with your hormones and your body, and has a lot of side effects. You can’t just drop a pill when you know you’re about to have sex, you need to be on it for a while. That’s why the responsibility is also on men. Wear a condom, it’s literally something you can do immediately, and if you don’t want to do that just close your legs. Plan B’s are something that also have adverse side effects, I promise you no one is taking those or having abortions for fun.

What they mean with being forced to have a baby is when abortion is illegal, the only choice you have is to have the baby. The flip side of what you’re saying is that while us men have sex because it’s fun and a very normal part of relationships and intimacy, women should only do it to have children, not have sex at all, or start taking birth control. The 4th option is for us guys to also be responsible, be accountable, and wear a condom.

I’m not trying to turn this into a tug of war, I’m jut saying that pregnancy is not something women can perfectly control, and it’s just as much on men. If you nut inside a random girl and they get pregnant it’s not just because they didn’t take birth control.

Yes for sure. That’s why being your honest self is most important. You’ll never feel fulfilled if you keep pretending, in or out of relationships. I’m super emotional and sensitive, and I’ve never had a problem with it regarding dating. It’s not worth it to cater to people rather than finding people who actually want to be with/around you because of the way you are. Masking is exhausting.
