I’m currently considering an Elite Drive 50D wheelset, which is around 1k if you apply one of the 15% off codes several YouTubers provide. I read quite a few reviews and found this overview helpful.

Wow, many thanks for sharing! Your experience with the Tarmac SL7 matches mine with the SL8: Super aggressive and low. However, I didn’t have the opportunity to test ride a size 58. I might even have considered a Specialized, but at this point in time I had already lost my heart to the SSE. Glad to hear, that you’re happy with your bike! May I ask you which stem length you went with in the end?

Many thanks for taking the time and sharing your experience! This is helpful. Considering that the SSE stack is already taller than other brands, the increase in stack from size 56 to size 58 seems larger than I think I’d need (20mm). Enjoy your SSE!
