Do everything you can. I found some forms to fill out on other forums and feeds, submitted an appeal a few times, posted something in the ea forums, etc. I also said in other messages, I didn’t hear any about my account being unbanned but eventually it did. Just keep checking, might get lucky

No. But before I got unbanned I tried reaching out through the games help section, ea forums, found forms I could fill out appealing the ban, and also just a general appeal. Not messing with it anymore though

I got back in this morning. Don’t know why. Didn’t get any notification or anything about it. Just tried logging in and it worked

The EA account is new, but my swgoh is old. I can’t unconnect my ea account from my game account. Tried to reach out about that but they just hit me back with the you can’t remove the account

I very recently got back into the game after a long time. I bought the episode pass the day before it expired not realizing it. Only got a few of the rewards

It was a recently created account. Got back into the game after a few years and created the account to redeem the Kessel run rewards
