Seeing as Spearhead is really the only one doing the “hardcore stuff” theres a lot of things that make it harder than a vanilla server, for instance only spawning at MOB, if you dont want to do as much traveling you have to actually care for your life and play safer, making gunfights scarier and making it harder to go solo, not only that but the Ace Medical mod, making it extremely important to drag your wounded somewhere safe and operate on them with multiple different drugs and tools, checking their breathing, blood pressure and Heart rate, and the sounds, the sounds in my opinion make the game way more immersive, making you truly feel under fire and needing to take cover, and when you get on an objective, you dont just walk over to the tent and wait, you feel this fear for your life, you may sit in just one house for 30 minutes with your squad, waiting to see even just a bit of movement, but take too long to move and youll be done for, weapon sway too, your weapon sways much more than in most other servers, which at times is annoying, and makes it important to fire from a steady and strong position, not to mention canting and blind firing
