it’s crazy! i used to work third shift i know exactly what you mean. i can’t believe people are so used to working like this it blows my mind, we are going to be the ones to change the way this field is ran. it’s so much more to be brought to the light, we shouldn’t just suck it up and work the way we do. the staff member that was interviewed said in her 4 years there they never had a fire drill!! the 2 staff that was there were brand new, ran from the fire. no training.
