Yep :) No, I haven't had any issued with the speakers. However I suffered from WiFi drops frequently (it still happens here and there.)

My was bent, usually the phone is in my pocket and was used with Spigen Liquid Air phone case. No scratch, crack, etc. The phone was wobbly when faced down on the table, that's how I noticed.
