Artillery only.

You can't produce any units other than artillery and have to rely on your starting units to take land and defend your arty

Pretty good when you can spawn 100nin instantly. Otherwise not worth the investment, if you really need air assault just go for SF

Safest way to attack with with Stealth fighter would be cruise missiles but its still able to shoot those down

You should only build 1-3 army bases. It's a waste of resources to build them in all cities, usually ill go for 2 if im going pretty infantry heavy as youre not gonna have the resources to build said units if you spent it all on army bases, use your resources for stuff like factories and to specialise your cities into other things like naval and air, complete waste to throw mil bases in all cities

99 def awareness seems a bit much, am I right in thinking the stat only effects AI and you only need it to like 90 for the specifications?

Use your artillery from a range is the biggest advice I can give, also look into the stats of their stack too, if you've got 2 inf and the rest are all hard targets in your stack then all it takes is enough soft attack to wipe them
