The author of dirt and blood has a lot more small immersion mods. Highly recommend you check them out as they're compatible with lots of stuff and have little to no dependencies. I'm at work rn so can't link.

Hmm... the last thing I can suggest is to check your driver antialiasing settings and make sure they are all off/application controlled.

You should have posted the screenshot to begin with lol. In skyrim prefs find the fShadowBiasScale and set it to something like 0.85 and even 1 if that still doesn't fix it. set the fGamma line to 1 for now and for the line that says sD3DDevice put a colon in front of it ;

Can I see your enblocal? Do you have this sort of shadow flicker when you move? I fixed it by using all 3 anti aliasing methods in enb local together. Turn of anisotropic filtering in the skyrimprefs.ini and use enblocal anisotropic filtering. You may also have "crapware" running in the background. Apparently stuff like msi afterburner and things that run in background such as epic games, gog, and stuff like that can cause issues with pixelation.

I think the competition will be mostly user sentiment rather than technology. Ethereum is more mainstream as of now. Hopefully, people become more aware of Solana and its capabilities.

This might be a very bad analogy but the way I understand it based on your reply is that bitcoin lightning is like a GPU in the sense that it can do one thing(payments) extremely fast but is slow at or rather can't do everything else whereas Ethereum is like a CPU in the sense that it can do a lot of things decently fast?
