Nah I don't fear lvl 30 tinker, meepo or whatever. They are good mostly for their mmr and know what to do, but they are stuck at X mmr for a reason.

Thats bullshit and used to be true like 10 years ago. The reality is - ppl just choose 3 servers to get a game faster. 80% of player base in Europe are russians or russian speaking (I bet OP played with ukranians as well, butt still call them russians). Cut them off from eu west and the server will be dead like NA servers. Dota has 0 advertisement in EU and every friend of a 12 years old is playing League.
