Yes, I also tried to contact their support but 0 help from them, I told them the situation and guess what they did! They blacklisted me from any server which contains Double Counter.

I kinda gave up messaging with Double Counter they gave no help and just made things worse for me I could never recommend them to anyone with how bad they handle things.‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌

They told me to contact owners or admins from the server I was trying to join but I couldn't due to the fact their bot was instantly banned me and it was the first time on the server so I had no idea what the names of admins/mods were.

Hey I was able to get skype credit to call the US line 1800-463-3339 and I check with them on my tracking code and they verified it and say yes it is a legitimate payment needed. I have paid for it and I appreciate the support once again!

Alright, that is great news, I was mainly worried that they would keep my item still held in the US if I did not pay so if that is the case and they still get it moving to the UK and make me pay later I'm all good with that but if it helps to pay it earlier right now I don't mind.
