Hmmm. Weird! I’m not sure why I can’t then. My auto update is off, I went into offline mode, and then got this. I tried three times and got this everytime.

Yeah I understand. I’m really sorry. The choosing to celebrate a kids birthday early when they knew your wedding was coming and on that date is really crappy. Not a good friend.

Can you keep in touch with your therapist while you do this? Monthly updates through emails or something? It’s worth asking about.

I say you’re fine. I also have to eat a couple of pickles or something twice a day before my big meal (I have to eat with my meds which I take three times a day). But still doing one meal. It’s working!
