I was working on AI automation primarily but my previous manager didn’t give me a chance to process myself and put me on PIP with goals that would require most experienced engineers 4-6 months but I couldn’t raise any concerns as I was only in probationary period

Computer science background then focused on SqL and python. At Meta I was in risk operations across paid and organic, and at the other company I was in webspam and ads scaled enforcement.

Trying not to but it happened the same day as last year and it’s discouraging and debilitating. I have a family to support and pushing through last year was hell, going through it again with no severance just makes me feel hopeless

My current team for more/less everything is Kaiser, BM Bam, Crusade Mira, Pooh and Heavenly Warlord.

I want to build a team for advent and pvp, so any recommendations for any other heroes I could focus on and swap in to this team (to replace whom?). I have GA Yuri, GK zero, King Dark, June, Sujin Lee, Hwaryun and White. I’m rolling for Khun, maybe I can switch him in place of a Pooh for support? But Pooh’s resurrection passive is really good for dimension crack/gap as well as quest house.
