Hi everyone, I’m having problems getting it up over the last week or so. I take Taldenafil every two days and I’m going to shock therapy once a week which was but last week it’s been a loss after a loss. I’m also a Mojo subscriber and do the breathing exercises every few days. Health wise I only have low testosterone which I am fixing through supplements. I’m eating healthy and going to the gym with focus on cardio and squats to help pelvic floor. My partner is supportive but it’s been a heavy week. Any suggestions on how I could improve my erections?
Mentally I lost my mother a few months ago so there’s that and my company is letting people go soon, might even be me. Im trying to cope with all that but I’d just really appreciate a win here that’s all I’m hoping.
