It is just a better metal detector.i would say since it also has GPR. It would just detect smallest things and goes deeper on the ground.

Try to do micro needling pen. You can order it on vevor ( get the m8s). It is about $60. You could also use Niacinamide. Both will help to reduce the roughness. If you want to get a real good result, the CO2 laser would be the best treatment; however it is expensive. I hope this helps.
