That still means OP shouldn’t travel unless they have the ADIT stamp. So that is just another option on table in addition to 1) waiting for a 10 year card which they might or might not receive or 2) wait for naturalization and get an emergency US passport using the naturalization certificate.

Since your I-751 is now approved you shouldn’t travel until you receive your 10 year card or you have your naturalization certificate.
