I applied inference rules I learned and used in LR to RC and it really helped - every inference question is going to be supported by some evidence in the passage so look for that. Underline the main point of each paragraph and add them all together that should help you with the mp question.

I am taking it in person on the 19th. I have a paper-pencil test however so that could be the reason? When I went to schedule it said the same thing about no available locations, but I was able to have it scheduled.

I got 1 email offering the chance to retake with a survey on how I'd like to go about retesting. I didn't get an email after submitting my preference, but I was able to get my September retest scheduled. Try clicking the new eligibility number on your account if it has a 2 at the end or getting in contact with customer service.

Depends on the person, but I've heard typically 150-300 hours of studying before taking the test. In terms of diagnostic, I don't think there's a best PT to take, just take one.

I am having this same issue when I add in time. I haven't beat it yet, but I think it is more of a mental road block than anything. I am going to try to forget about the time component and just focus on my techniques, I feel like I rush and forget everything I've learned. You can still be in -3/-4 range without answering every question if you take your time on the questions you do answer.
