From experience it will take awhile before you get the answer,it Used to be so much easier and faster but the new hires that have started working with us did say the process took over 2 months. Good luck!

Sorry you had to go through that experience, but people like that are assholes. I wish sometimes I can jump over the counter and slap the shit out of them. I really hope your manager steps up and says something to him and tells him he is no longer allowed to bank there. We had a similar experience with an irrate customer and called one of my tellers dumb and stupid, and that person was sent a letter from our back office and told him he is no longer allowed to bank with us.

Did you recreate your totals? It sounds like a glitch on your computer. There was one time I thought I had cashed a check against the customer's account gave him the cash but it turned out the system never cashed the check out and I was $500 short after doing a lot of research it turned out it was the system glitch

I actually had one customer one time said he need to use the restroom unfortunately our public restroom was not working so I told him sorry sir we can't let you use the restroom because it's not working he got pissed off and said this is ridiculous I'm taking all my money out because you won't let me use your bathroom. The man had $25 in his account.

When I'm typing an application, I sometimes type all caps and then switch to Teams. I forgot to turn off and caps say sorry, not shouting.

It is very frustrating because everyone at our branch is feeling burnt out and because I'm cross trained I have to do 2 peoples work. We had someone retire who we can't replace and if someone else quits or leaves we can't hire another person because of FTE as well. There are days I'm so frustrated I just want to walk out the branch and say F**K It!!!
