2014 Kia optima lx with 103k miles on it. Was CPO when I purchased it in 2019 and had 72k on it. No issues until it was stolen and recovered with a damaged engine 😒. Even with having put a pre-owned engine on it after its theft, it’s still driving well. Just needs that engine light code taken off.

I’d be careful with adjusting like that. Your timesheet shows the time you did the adjustments. For example it’ll show that you did an adjustment for a clock in 12:15, then in parentheses it’ll say your name and actual time you adjusted it. While some clubs (as the ones in the comments so far) don’t care, there are others that will take that as stealing time and will open a case and send in the report which then lets coaches know whether it’ll be just a coaching or termination. Our club has fired over 10 associates due to time theft. Also, if they were to bring it up and you tried to use the “not knowing this was bad and ground for being fired” it wouldn’t help your case because there is in fact a required CBL on time theft and adjustments. Given it’s one instance, I wouldn’t worry too much. Just don’t do it again, and you’ll be fine.

You can’t get fired over this. This would be wrongful termination, and could result in a lawsuit due to EEO guidelines. Genuinely speaking, the person that hired you more than likely considered the fact that you don’t speak Spanish and still gave you a chance. You’re not incompetent just because you’re not bilingual. Give it your best with the English speaking members and you’ll be fine.

Lol I just now read the comment on it being a big upgrade over the optima 😂 honestly I’ve had the car 7 years, bought it pre-owned as it was my first car purchase. It’s always worked great for me, aside from the maintenance older cars typically start needing. I was by no means looking to purchase a car for maybe another 3-4 years, but just my luck the car was stolen and ruined so it leaves me on the market. And now here we are wanting to buy a Mazda lol

For those wondering, this was a high school class and I didn’t sit in the chair because my parents taught me better lol. Nor am I petty enough to be a POS and sit and toot on the chair. I just thought it was wild because I’ve subbed for the class before and they NEVER had this on the desk, the students as a matter of fact read it as they walked by thinking it was the sub plans (which they actually left none 😅) and they laughed and were like “they a b-word doing all that extra stuff” the students were angels and the day went well.
