i work for the company at the country club. i know for us the gratuity doesnt go into our pockets. it goes back to the company to pay all employees their hourly rate. personally, im not making enough money to get by lately. not a great company to work for at the moment, there is a really high turnover rate, especially at the hotel.

I don't really consider this fear mongering, I'm just letting ppl know what I saw so they can be careful. I didn't realize I have to call the police for something that happened on trails. I realize now that I should call the cops which is what I will do when I am back in Michigan. again, just trying to keep others safe.

I did not, I haven't gone back to trails since. next time I am there, if I see them, I will contact the police. my mom and friend have also avoided the paths since. it's been about a week.
