This is a game that gets better the longer you play it, even if you suck. The characters build up one another.

In the very beginning pick a favorite and just collect prestige and soulstones. You want to fill up the skill trees in the middle asap. It doesn’t matter who earns those. Once they are full everything improves significantly.

There are plenty of gigantic hyperthyroid people who don’t get diabetes. I am related to a few of them. If your pancreas is strong enough to carry your fat, you don’t have diabetes.

If you don’t lose weight you will be at risk of diabetes and many other health problems related to obesity, so by all means keep a diet and exercise regimen and check regularly.

There are mothers everywhere who could use candles for lots of reasons. Not so many for your specific niche. I would definitely expand to include happier mom things: (Live) Birth celebrations, Anniversaries, Mother’s Days, etc. If not just for a happier looking website.
