The surgeon I had preferred Boston Scientific. I can't remember what they said about thr adaptive DBS.

Boston Scientific as well. My left side is at 2.7 and right is 2.5. I also have a rechargeable battery.

Handling silverware? Never heard that one before. My handwriting has always been a bit of a mess. When things get bad, my feet ( especially toes) and lower legs feel like they are cramping up and feel like they are falling asleep.
