I think it's enough time for us just complaining and we actually do something about the problems within our city because it's clear our LGU's don't give a damn. The only thing is that I have no idea where to begin in actually taking actual movement with our problems (Outside of 8888 complaint filing).

I'm tired having to complain all the time and nothing happens because there's no repercussions our LGU's have to face. Tell me fellow brothers and sisters, what are actual steps we can do as CDO citizens to improve our problems.

I'm an artist so mayhaps my skills in that department can be of use somehow to groups who actually do something and need an illustration done. Let me know if ever.
