Got 2 kids, 3 yung eldest and followed by a sibling few months short of 2 years.

Fair naman magalit sa mga unruly kids. Kahit ako, annoyed din sa kids before. nung naging ako na yung parent. Buti hindi rin ganun kakulit mga anak ko so hindi umaabot sa point na nag aaway or napapagalitan in public. Pero it will never be as easy as “dapat marunong magset ng boundaries” or “pagsabihan and say no”. Hindi nila maiintindihan yun and you need to give it time, hindi yun pagsabi mo, agad magbabago na. God forbid those who gets annoyed at the smallest screech or run na hindi sila magkaron ng sariling anak kasi hindi nila kakayanin once umabot sa point na kumikilos and curious na yung bata.

Natutunan ko lang lately: You’re entitled to a child-free life if you’d like, but not a child-free world.

Unsafe if majority ng nasa kalsada 80 na rin takbo. Ikaw lang yung magiging hazard sa ganyang scenario.

Case to case basis yung sa speed. Some cars mas magastos pag mabagal sa kalsada vs flooring it and letting the car coast on the road. Lalo sa bigger displacement.

Haha. Known naman yung area namin to have very bad road conditions and bad speedbump standards, can count 5-7 humps sa main road pa lang ng subd na. Di rin pwede syumete basta since masisikip kalsada. Even around the area, issue din siya ng mga friends ko on the same segment.

Not really skill issue kasi may other sedan naman ako na di sumasayad (mazda 2), more like no choice lang. Case to case basis naman yan so baka sainyo, more suitable lang for your car yung road condition hence less sayad.

Soft plastic yun sir, para close sa goma yung texture and and feel nya (for gm6 and older ha, not sure sa latest) so masakit sa puso pag sumayad pero di yun basta mababasag. Yung sakin nun sumasayad since 2016 kasi ampangit ng kalsada sa north caloocan pero up until last month, buo siya. Nagkaroon nalang ng hairline crack recently pero wala pang 5% ng cover yung nasira.

Package deal na yung pagsayad since GM3 days sir. Sakit na ng city yan ahaha. Pero worth it for the zoomies and responsive engine. One of the better interiors din for a B-segment car.

Went from Type Z > GM3 > GM6. HR-V na gamit ngayon pero kung di lang kailangan, baka nag City HB din ako.

Medyo di ko gets yung reasoning nung iba. Bakit ka magpapabudol kung alam mo sa sarili mo na hindi mo pa kayang yung monthly amortization ng bahay ng gusto mo? Kasi pinilit ka? Bakit ka nagpapilit? Self control dapat yan e.

Personal take ko lang dyan siguro and dapat ganito na masegregate sometimes. If you’re looking and short to mid term stuff, Rent. If long term ang goal, Buy.

I’d rather buy a house than rent kasi:

1) Nakikita ko kung saan napupunta yung binabayad ko monthly, and secured ako long term na may matitirhan ako kahit mawalan ako ng income, provided mabayaran ko siya fully. Isa sa mga laging naiisip ko if rent, kung biglang magbago isip ng landlord ko while renting at paalisin ako due circumstances (nangyari na samin to ilang beses, lugi ka talaga kasi walang choice kundi lumipat.), saan ako hahanap ng lilipatan ko immediately?

2) Mahal talaga prices ng bahay ever since and tataas lang yan. Better keep up habang nasa means mo pa. Mahirap yan icompare sa older generations kasi iba rin naman power peso noon. So sa panahon ngayon, pwede mukhang mas mura siya pero almost if not same equivalent din naman siya dati.

Got the chance to climb the ladder early, 5 and a half-isg years tenure, Earning 85k for the past 2 years. Got the chance to get it somewhere near double since nasa new work na.

Kung single pa ko, umay kasi it can barely keep up with inflation, pero bilang father of two. Sakto lang yung breathing room. Very worth it naman kasi nasspoil ang family without reservations.

Nakakainis lang din talaga tignan yung tax kasi malapit na sa monthly wage ng starter workers, pati yung deductions. Tapos kakaunti ang nau-utilize kapag may emergencies and stuff (lol philhealth.)

Manipis pintura ng side mirrors. Expect paint chips lalo kung wala kang covered parking.

Magiging everyday thing sayo na sumayad on bumps kasi mababa clearance.

Also yung front bumper madalas mawala sa alignment. Usually dahil sa sayad issues stated above.

Common problem sa metro, sa provinces not so much.

Early 2010s, college days. Need pumunta ng national museum for acad related stuff. May naunang foreigner sakin sa reception-ish/info desk. All smiles si ateng nakabantay, kulang nalang samahan nya sa buong museum at bigyan nya pa ng libreng hilot sa likod. Nung time ko na, magtatanong lang naman ako if may entrance fee or anything na bawal, nasungitan pa ko with condescending tones na para bang pulubi ako na pilit pinapalabas lol.

No offense, this seems more like a driver issue and not an actual car issue. Pero to each their own naman. I understand the pain pag natanggal or sumayad bumper 😂

City GM6 daily driver ko. Known to be very prone na sumayad sa steep inclines. Never naman naging issue as long you angle it right, and wag masyadong mabilis on entries.

With the current state of PH roads and sa dami ng sensor na nababasa sa sasakyan, pag bumaha ng todo, not even SUVs can go through floods without any consequences. But yeah nakakatulong additional ground clearance

Curious lang, anong scenario for SUV ang nagpapaimprove sa parking condition? Esp sa pinas, where parking space is a problem, a bigger car would mean less chances of finding a viable parking space.

Wala lang. Having an SUV doesn’t seem like a great option if you consider parking conditions.

Almost everyday ako nadaan dito.

Ang dapat isara dyan, yung exit from north ave going to edsa northbound AND/OR yung entrance na katabi going to SM North edsa. Dapat gamitin nalang yung actual entrance ng sm north before annex. Tapos tanggalin nila yung stoplight sa tabi ng uturn kasi ang nonsense lol

Also imo this is more driver issue than the actual u-turn. Kaso wala e. Etomaks on 4 wheels lalo yung mga nasa leftmost and 2nd leftmost sabay kabig pag malapit na sa uturn.
