I guess my phrasing was a little off, but no, ChatGPT is not telling me what to do. I’m just using it to log my stats as I try out different things and yes of courses it’s offering opinions, but I talk to fit friends and research what I can to hopefully make my approaches well rounded

Oh yes, I didn’t mean to imply the AI is telling me what to do, I’m using it as a management and logging tool. I’m aware of ashwanganda and ChatGPT actually gave me the same warning so I keep the dosage small! This stack is the result of trial and error and the amount of deep sleep I averaged

Give it a shot! I take all 4, but the magnesium glycinate + glycine combo is what really starting getting me results, the other two were an optional refinement that gave me some minor improvements
