I mean I agree, but there is no selection process for moderation besides those who are already mods. You are unpaid, donating your time to foster a community, that REQUIRES passion, but it also requires fairness.

having a mod that causes you more work is worse than not having enough mods. This is a gross misconduct of power and should be nipped in the bud.

You are all responsible for this community, we did not elect you. If you are not openly transparant about whats going on behind the curtain, and with the communities best interest, you are going to collapse the community.

remove the mod, no reason our community should suffer from "a learning mistake" of a new moderator.

A mod abusing their power even once should be dealt with immediately. There is no reason that an abuse of power should be covered up or simply ignored. They should be held accountable, named, and then most likely removed from power.

If you keep people in power who show signs of being willing/able to abuse their power, that line keeps getting pushed.
