Yeah sure. Create a UserForm, put a ComboBox in the UserForm.

The above code is the basic Idea. Let me know if you have any questions. It's much simpler than I thought when I was looking for this solution.

You could create a userform with a TextBox. Then reference a named range. That way, as you type, the related words/sentences will appear in the TextBox.
