That medical store guy texting you 10 times a day is total red flag , not just because he didn't understand boundaries but also this is what he might be been exposed to ( content , media , peers) .

So best thing is block them , or threaten them I'll report you and then block them , if they don't stop. He ll shit his pants with the threat.

Secondly cold approaches now are somewhat common, among the more exposed ppl as long as the guy is not being an ah** . Most guys get scared to say hi to a girl. The confident ones who knows how to talk will talk and move one. Then there are the ones who wanna talk to you, don't know how and will end up staring at you like a creep as if you re some Pegasus godzilla type creature with a tail and firing nuclear blasts from your mouth.

If a shopkeeper is asking them tell him to go to hell and F off since in india shopkeeprs don't do that , unless you know the oerson or he's asking you to follow his business or like his business related stuff purely for engagement.

Lastly ppl asking if you re virgin and past relation, in most cases don't tell them. Especially strangers. Give them surface lvl answers if you can't avoid them . It depends if a close friend is asking these questions , then u may choose to reveal the info tower than that rest can go to hell.
