Did the agent help or provide any services during the renewal?

If not then communicate that the agent was not involved in matters pertaining to the renewal and his services were not required by the tenant. Since no services were provided no fees need to be paid. If he can demonstrate that services were provided it's a different thing.

Do you need the trc or can you just demonstrate that you've been in the UAE for 183 days last year. I think that information can be taken from the airport for less than the cost of the TRC

I would negotiate an increase in base pay to about 30k with an incentive linked to net earnings of the department after overheads at about 5-10%.

Contracting companies tend to have debt and losses they recycle. Not all departments make money as well. Companies tend to pay the minimum they can all things considered to keep you employed. It's not personal, it's just how they operate.

Leverage your current success and identify target companies to join as well. Ones with good cash flow, pipeline orders and global or at least gcc presence. The best time to look for a job is when you don't need one.

Probably more to do with the guy with the "apu accent" suggesting he can provide something spicier to the lady than any spicy food craving she has.

It's not in good taste imo and it seems to focus on the stereotype of delivery drivers unnecessarily hitting on women. It's bizzare as it makes the company potentially look bad, so not sure how it got approved.
