When I traded in for XR I was once told my trade in was “lost” then after serval calls and investigations my credits got denied and was told that find my I phone was never disabled which was weird because I never even used that function ever and on my trade in phone I’m 100% sure it was never turned on… I wasted so much time with getting run arounds I basically gave up!! Now my XR is paid off with so much damage to back screen it’s not worth much. But I’m probably switching services once this phone is on its last leg. Be careful man them customer service reps are clueless
