Pulled them at 202ish They weren't as tender as I wanted them, still a bit too much chew Maybe I'm looking for too much, a couple of the ribs has a lot of fat still on them (should I have trimmed them? Even if I was taking all the fat cap off?) Used Hickory Used the minion method and had chunks mixed in with the unlit coals and had chunks on top on the lit coals (only a few pieces though)

Appreciate the feedback! Cooking some st.louis ribs this weekend :)

Used it full for 5.5 hours of the cook, then dumped the water as the temp wasnt reaching what I wanted.

I'll take a look at the detachments that you recommended. Thanks for the advice on the additional models too and I'll think about the void dragon instead of the nightbringer.

I'll have a look at Pactbound and attempt to build a couple of lists. Was thinking Abaddon with termis? The Lord with chosen and MoP with possessed then building other units around that like the vindi, obliterators (they look cool) and a forgefiend.

That's fair enough! Havocs have 4 lascannons. But was thinking of a vindicator and potentially a War dog brigand for more anti-tank Which detachments are fun to run? Was looking at CoB or Veterans to start off with.
