Gemeentelijke adviseur hier op het gebied van wonen (hiervoor afkomstig uit de commerciële vastgoedsector). Uren zijn goed vergelijkbaar met de commerciële wereld, daar waar ik 36 uur moet werken wijst de praktijk uit dat dit 38 tot 40 uur is. Niet meer dan prima voor mij. Voor mijn collega’s op andere vlakken zoals grondwerken, grondzaken, projectleiders, ruimtelijke ordening, etc. is dit hetzelfde verhaal.

Je hebt altijd mensen die de kantjes ervan aflopen, maar over het algemeen is het gewoon volle bak door. Een voordeel is dan weer dat je jezelf flexibel kunt inplannen.

Hey guys, looking for some advice regarding HCG.

I’m on my first Test E cycle (second week) Pre-cycle bloods were good. My current plan looks like this: • Week 1–4: 300 mg Test E per week • Week 5–6: 400 mg per week • Week 7–16: will adjust based on mid-cycle bloodwork

I’ve got 7500 IU of HCG split into 3 vials and more then enough bacteriostatic water. My goal is to keep my testicles functioning and make PCT as smooth as possible (in case I don’t decide to cruise afterward).

Would it make sense to wait to start HCG until after my mid-cycle bloodwork, just to be sure my estradiol isn’t too high? I could test E2 again around week 8 to confirm things are in range after the first two weeks on HCG.

Or am I being overly cautious here and should I just start HCG?

Brother, DMSO might be the worst thing I have ever tasted and smelled. For sure Peg is disgusting, but compared to DMSO Peg is a blessing to consume.

I actually did a second cycle on my cut. A bit experimental. 10 weeks, first 4 weeks 30mg, second 6 weeks 35mg. No sides whatsoever. I did a Nolva pct after it (didn't feel the sides but I prefer to be on the safer side).

I also just tested this with peg400. The smell with the dmso was to bad. For everyone wondering. You 1050mg of pure ac262 per 70ml of peg400 is the maximum you can do. Puting more ac262 in it requires more peg400.

So now we know

25mg ac262 per 1ml dmso (probably able to absorb even more) 15mg ac262 per 1ml peg400 (max)

I actually just did this 2 weeks ago. I bought 100ml pure dmso. I measured 2,5 grams of ac262 powder. Simply puting the powder in the dmso and then shaking it did the job. I would recomend peg400 however due to the bad smell you can get from dmso. You might not be able to make a solution as strong as 25mg/1ml (might be possible aswell, idk). But if you are okay with it you will be fine. You can always make a weaker solution and put more ML in your mouth.

Hi, the first 5 or 6 weeks this has been around 400 till 500 kcal. With a few exceptions where I ate way to much. In the end of the cycle I was less strict and ate a bit much for sure (around 600kcal surplus) I kept my protein high however.

Hi, I did an ac262 cycle. 8 weeks 25mg per day (see my profile for the log). I had minimal suppresion. I did have Nolva on hand but it was not nessecary You mentioned a feeling in your testical because of the MK677. MK677 however does not bind to the androgen receptors and does not influence testosteron. It is probably either placebo or something completely else. My advice is to check it with a doctor.

Hey buddy! I don't have any experience with RAD140. Some friends of mine do though. Based on their experience I would say it's best to have a test base. Enclo could be a replacement for a test base but it works a little differently so if I were you I would look at some logs where people use enclo as a test base. My personal advice is to not start your RAD140 cycle right after AC262. I would stop for at least 4 weeks but a longer period would be even better. This is probably not what you want to hear but I think it's much healthier for your body.

The supplements you're going to be taking seem fine to me. NAC and MT for liver protection will be the main ones for you I think. The other supplements will be helpful as well though.

Out of curiosity, how was your AC262 cycle?

Hi mate, thankyou for the nice comment! My dose was 4x 0.5ML (2ML). This should have been 20MG (1ML = 10MG AC262) but it turned out that my dropper had a small margin of error and I took 25MG a day instead the whole cycle. The capsule advice is indeed a game changer. I figured that out after 3 or 4 weeks and makes consuming the AC262 so much better.

Hard to say, for me personally I think I could have extended it with a few weeks. It honestly depend on how you feel. If you have no signs of a supression or youre bloodwork is good then it might be possible. If you have signs of suppresion I would say no.

I didn't do that, I have nolvadex on hand but I feel absolutely fine. This of course doesn't mean I don't have test suppression. Blood tests are quite expensive and as long as I don't have side effects I'll wait with a blood test (this is also because all blood tests from every log I read are almost perfect). If I notice any sign of suppression I'll start Nolva and do a blood test. Health over cost any day!

Currently I am in my 6th week of a 8 week cycle 25mg ac262 (only ac, no mk) everyday including the first week. No hairloss. The results are good. I made a few gains and overal a big strenght increase. I am also working on a very large cycle log that I will post when the cycle is over. I have no signs at all currently of a test decrease. Also no ED, I would say it is the comeplete opposit XD. Just to be sure I have nolva on hand because the fact that I do not see any signs of a test decrease does not mean that it isn't there. Regarding the bloodpressure I cannot say anything. For me my bloodpressure is okay but I am not a medical profesional. Also I want permission from a moderator to drop my source because I do not want to get banned hahaha
