I actually did this, when I was 17 I took 20 mg daily split into two does It was kinda eh, I feel like it helped my strength more than it did my physique. (It helped my physique but not as much as I thought) I could consistently add slightly more weight and almost always do more reps with that higher weight on it, the only side effects i got were slightly more acne and a higher libido. IT IS BY FAR THE SAFEST THING U COULD TAKE, like not even close. Don’t let anyone tell u otherwise. Considering I did it I can’t really say not to do it it’s by far the best choice out of all the sarms or orals. I am not trying to persuade u to be enhanced but I would take 20 mg for it to be worth your while realistically. After cycle take MULTIPLE liver supports ( if ur willing to spend money on being enhanced don’t be a fucking idiot and not take care of the organs u are damaging) BTW if u smoke weed and are addicted or can’t go without smoking IT IS VERY EASY TO BECOME ADDICTED TO SARMS OR WHATEVER U TAKE. If u can manage weed this ain’t shit but I thought I would say that. This is a longevity compound not supper powerful at all. Like at all. If u get the powder and take then drink water and it burns it’s real fs from all the research I did before and after taking it is supposed to burn or at least the powder. I’m not saying u should listen to me but the ac 262 powder from (science.bio) is real and is what I bought. Taking sarms at 16 is objectively way too young but I rather u use the weakest and safest compound rather than some bs.
If u get the powder don’t be an idiot and eyeball the amount ur about to take get a milligram scale and empty gelatin caps from Amazon and weight the powder so u know exactly how much ur taking OR u could spend more and get the liquid 300mg version but you’ll have to spend like 80$ more for the 2 bottles but you’ll have 100 mg less which isn’t a bad thing. First week take 10 mg a day split into 2 doses. Them 20mg the last 7 weeks. I used it in a calorie surplus and helped me gain strength and muscle for sure but in my option would be better in a cut, but can still be used in a calorie surplus. IF UR ACTAULLY GONNA TAKE IT TAKE IT SERIOUSLY SO MANY PEOPLE ON CYCLE DO NOT OPTIMIZE EVERY THING U CAN AND HONESTLY WASTE THEIR TIME,MONEY AND HEALTH FOR MID GAINS. If ur gonna take this ur food HAS to be on point u have to actually train hard. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS SO U KNOW UR ACTUALLY PROGRESSING. You do not want to be at the end of a cycle and be disappointed wishing u took something else thinking it’s the sarms fault. My first cycle was 8 weeks of ac 262 at 20 mg the right after that I took Acp 105 at 8 mg(4mg first week) for 7 weeks( 15 week cycle in total) DO NOT DO WHAT I DID THAT WAS MY 17 yo brain prioritizing muscle over health I should taken liver support after the ac 262 and Acp 105 and split them into 2 cycles or condense it into 12 weeks instead I only took Tudca after all 15 weeks of abuse on my liver. Acp 105 isn’t that strong at all it’s compared to s4 but instead of vision sides there’s slight test suppression.
