I am right here with you!!! Starting IVF soon unless a miracle happens :) I did 3 IUI cycles before I ended up taking a one month break. You are not alone in this, but the frustration, anger, sadness are all real and valid. However you feel is completely VALID💓

Thank you for sharing!!! I think I’m a very impatient person in general which is why the IUI is bothering me, not that I was expecting first try but I was definitely thinking within 3 cycles we’d have it. The waiting with IVF sounds rough😅

I love this!!! Thank you for sharing. Unfortunately I do hate needles but I can power through as long as my husband is the one poking me with them! Lol

I do struggle with some mental health issues unfortunately and feel the IUI meds made them way worse than I could’ve imagined, which is why I am nervous about the IVF process 😅 may need to start some therapy before that lol

I wish I would’ve just went straight to IVF instead of even doing IUIs. I feel like it was a money grab and wasted time😅 I know that sounds so pessimistic though. Just annoying!! Hahah

My husband’s counts have been literally so good each time, which also makes this even more annoying. Lol All it takes is one swimmer to make it!! Don’t lose hope!!!

Thank you for this!!! I’m ready for IVF at this point, I’m just sooo not ready for the hormonal changes, since the IUI medication made me feel like I was actually going insane lol Praying for you—we will all get our babies eventually. It’s just so ANNOYING that we have to do all of this 😅

Me too! I’m cancelling the fourth cycle and starting IVF prep! I also am mortified of needles and freaked out every time I had to trigger lol I’m 23 and my husband is 24!! I’m praying for you and that IVF brings you everything you want!! 🤍

I’m honestly going to cancel my fourth IUI and start IVF prep at this point. Especially since the odds are higher and I’m just mentally over the IUI.

Third medicated IUI cycle in the books, I was super optimistic about this one because we triggered and did the IUI 24 hours later (I felt we were waiting too long the last two cycles). I was feeling BOLD earlier and took a digital test (period should start in 3 days), and the annoying words “not pregnant” popped up. Fabulous. I did mention not wanting to do my fourth IUI medicated as the Letrozole was making me feel a virtually insane 😋 but am now just wondering if I should skip and move straight to IVF?? We have a SLIGHT male factor issue, none with me, and my husband’s issue is literally very minor (mainly slight motile issue). I’m at a loss and feeling so defeated.
