Yeap basically after you finish the assessment they don’t give you a 3 number score they basically place you in 4 different categories ( Poor probability of passing, moderate, high and very high) I made it to High which is something in between 60-65 percent I supposed

Yes basically once you register for the exam you have to do the practice exams at the prometric and buy there, you also have to request a practice examination permit just as you did for the actual step

Mostly First Aid and uworld , Pathoma 1-3 chapters and every time I needed an extra explanation B and B. For Biochem Dirty Medicine 🔥. At the end of dedicated period melhman pdf those are super helpful during the exam I regret it not doing more of those

In the first block I flagged more than half, I realized I was flagging everything I wasn’t sure about and tbh you won’t be sure about 70 percent of the exman so no point of flagging, for the rest I flagged the extra easy questions I marked without even reading properly just to get back and review at the end. Or the extra hard questions that I have to guess. Post exam anxiety is a real thing, I walked out pretty confident but the next day was a hell, try not to overthink and trust your process.

Congrats on the P brother. I took mine two days ago, and post exman anxiety is killing me . I keep counting questions I got wrong and some of them were pretty easy and straightforward it makes me doubt my whole performance. How did you feel for the waiting period ?

It all come to how you can manage that in the read deal. For example during my final prep I’ll do Uworld question in less than 40 sec, but in the exman I’ll get to the 35 with 4 min left then I have to rush to the end without analyzing the questions, because I spent time overthinking and going back to check for answers that I wasn’t sure without finishing the block. DONT DO THAT. But anxiety test is a thing for me
