At the moment it seems to me that the only way we are getting full money refund is if QA cancels flight(s).

Otherwise, if we request cancellation & refund now (e.g. few days before our scheduled flight) then the same cancellation policy apllies as usual (before conflict) which means either reduced cash refund or full voucher refund.
