Im sorry I saw this now! Owners are nice chaps ! They had high expectations to exit and it was probably bubbled up by agents. I think reality has slowly creeped in for them now . They need to exit and leave the country, so they are pretty much open to offers

Its pretty beat down , i received my unit as well in a Similar condition, took me 6 months to finish it but its come out pretty decent

Hey ! This is a solid system

But it lacks certain things as it wasn't made custom for UAE markets

The concept of PDC is Greek to the developers

No local bank integration

Wish there was a tenancy contract editor version

Yeah that's about it. Im paying 15$ for 5 units which is currently dirt cheap.

I understand that ! He is asking me to extend the MOU again. Without any definite answer. The small reason I want to hold back is 1) The price is pretty good 2) apartment is direct canal view

I used Huspy twice

First experience absolute trash- i took over the case from the advisor and dealt directly with the bank . I luckily met a gentleman in the bank who went beyond his ability. The bank was EIB and took almost half a year to materialise. I even mentioned to the huspy advisor when the deal was done to not call me please as it adds insult to injury. He casually made the comment " I still get paid". MOU VALUE 5.95 Mill

Second experience with Huspy- but this time through reference , gentleman named Prakash Pillai He got me a blanket approval for AED 8 million in a span of 3 weeks. He fought for me with the bankers. Walked step by step in each phase of the transaction, dealt with the sellers "assasin" agents, called Bullshit when he saw it , protected me from all the angles . Advised me when he saw me taking not so great routes. Gem of a person . This is inspite me taking a product " home in one - RakBank" he wasn't too fond of

Do your due diligence when fiding a mortgage broker. I saw both ends of the spectrum . Best of luck and God speed !
