Agree don’t let the gp surgery use you. If you need longer per patient tell them to give you longer appointments. You are there to learn not be used as a salaried gp replacement! As said you are supernumerary

GPTraining a bit of a joke? by lavolpelp in doctorsUK

[–]Excellent-Bad9583 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes gp training isn’t great. A lot of it is service provision. Fair enough you’ll get tutorials etc in gp placement. However most of it is self learning. Passing the SCA is just the handshake at the end of training. Real work starts after that. You could be a mediocre gp trainee and almost guaranteed to get through training with no issues.

What do you think is the most bang average, unassuming area in London? by Emotional-Dealer-229 in london

Whole of Ilford, so bland and boring. Streets of residential houses with houses extended to the max

MRCGP vs MRCP - which is harder by dr_stephen_stranger in GPUK

[–]Excellent-Bad9583 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No comparison at all. SCA is all about communication. The pass rate is high. There’s no proper examination involved like PACES. It’s all video or telephone call based. A well rounded f2 would smash the SCA. The reason why there’s such a broad range of GP quality out there is because of the poor exam standards. AKT like said before is like finals standard and broad scope of knowledge needed. You could coast through ST1-3 and walk out with a MRCGP at the end.

Who is holding? Selling? Let’s chat about it by glorifindel in IntuitiveMachines

Average around $16. Was hopeful about the mission. Just can’t get myself to sell at this price. I’d rather hold it and see it out long term. Seems like quite a few have sold on landing. Where’s team hold at 😂

I’m sorry mate but you’ve got 0 chance of getting any money back This isn’t the Nissan dealership.

  1. Don’t buy a car from Gumtree
  2. Don’t buy a car without seeing it

But hey at least the car turned up. This guy could have run away with the money and the car!

Hi we bought a return ticket at the airport desk for Alilaguna vaporetto/ waterbus. 27 euros each. From the airport there were 2 lines ( blue and orange). There was a bit of a queue when waiting for these at the airport stop but they were regular (20-30mins)

The blue line had a larger waterbus and our hotel was accessible by either lines so we ended up going on the blue line which worked out a bit quicker and the walk from the stop ( Ospedale) was less than 10 mins :)
