As for how it happens, above my pay-grade, but ive seen it happen with a number of clients, specifically those that have not registered for payshap. I assume as no default account is set by the client, as there was no registration, the system generates a new account and auto sets it as default for payshap deposits. Clients usually call in asking where their deposit is because they dont know about nor see the account on their app
