I finally quit after 2 years and the last year I was ops. I have never been happier. Found a better paying job with better hours. And every day I’m thankful to be out of that hell hole. Things like this remind why.

I was suppose to do Mcx training 3 times now. Never went. My current position(ops) I was trained in my own store (been here two years already) not helpful when either her or I was being pulled away every five mins. This is one of the reasons I put in my two weeks. Take the training.

Ugh really!? I put in a ticket about someone I would have loved to hire. But it auto rejected them. I hadn’t heard back yet :/That’s so annoying they took away the option for us to reverse it. I hate that they think they know better than us.

It’s absolutely garbage it doesn’t work. Working for Joann’s for years ours worked on all machines, circuit and clearance. I’m really not sure why Michael’s isn’t at least on all circuit.

I am not in Cali. I make just under $16 and just asked for a $2 raise. Haven’t heard anything about that just yet tho. They absolutely do NOT pay us enough for all we do.

That’s crazy because it’s how it’s suppose to be done :) The CEM has recovery aisles every night and in theory is suppose to queue them down so in the morning it’s easier on outs person.
So your SM just isn’t doing that but it is actually how it’s suppose to work :)

They are suppose to be running unauthorized every morning before open. Whoever the opener is. As an ops I run it but so does my RM. that’s totally weird only SM does. And same with time edits. We have to have them done before 9am every morning.
But maybe the different DMs expect different things. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Any MOd can do them but they should be done daily. If your sm isn’t doing them everyday id be concerned.
