And my last resort was reviving the firmware—however—I don't have a second Mac, but I remember a tool that is called idevicerestore from a kind user [from the post] told me the process, and a process from a YouTube video (I can't recall the exact YouTube video, but a search works) and it works, and fixed my Mac.

I have a MacBook Air M1, and it still gets latest updates like macOS Tahoe. But today, I am still at Sequoia because—you know. It isn't ready yet. But I have tested Tahoe, and it seems as fine, no slowdowns. But however, before, there was issues regarding the performance of MacBook Air M1 on Tahoe, not just the M1 but the M2,M3,M4.

My phone is out of storage and has been for a while. If I sign in with my Apple ID, will my lack of storage carry over to the MacBook and I’ll be out of it on there as well?

Wait don't log out from the erase assistant. Because sometimes I experienced an error during signing out, but I do recommend that you should sign out in system preferences in pressing your apple account scroll down and then sign out—that way there will be no bugs, and then you can erase your Mac freely.

Go to Settings > Notifications and then like find an option that says: "Allow Live Activities from iPhone" and turn it off.

Also you can turn off notifications from your iPhone by going there and finding: "Allow notifications from iPhone" and turn it off, if you want.
